Craig, the meet and greet staff, was very kind and helped us with our luggage to the 3rd floor. the apartment was clean, comfy, and perfect for the three of us. the location couldn't be better - it's close to shopping, the castle, and the train station. We were even allowed to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout, giving us time to explore the Royal Mile before our train back to Liverpool.
Nothing could have been better! 😊.

This hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. You can easily get there using the Tram from the airport, and it's just a short walk to the alley. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, there are laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen available for your convenience.
It's worth noting that there are a few flights of stairs to climb, which may be offputting for some guests.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and landmarks. Spacious and well-equipped apartment with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Prompt response from staff in fixing any issues that arose during our stay.
Technical problems with the toilet that needed to be fixed, causing inconvenience during our city break. Lack of clear instructions or assistance in navigating the city, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and events for New Year's celebrations. Comfortable and spacious flat, perfect for a group of friends or family. - Well-equipped kitchen with a French press and some coffee provided, which was a nice touch.
The number of flights of stairs to reach the flat may be challenging for some guests, especially when carrying luggage. No clear instructions on how to reach the flat without having to climb stairs or carry heavy bags.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel right in the heart of the action, just a 3-minute walk from the castle. The apartment was spacious, clean, and recently renovated, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities provided. The staff, especially Craig, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even helped us with our luggage. great value for money!
The only improvement I would suggest is that the breakfast offerings could be expanded a bit.
